The continuing Vocational Training for us is a tool – a catalyst for individual development and professional mobility for every unemployed person participating in subsidized programs. We are committed to a strict code of ethics and demand mutual respect and meaningful participation in our common goal. Anything else is none of our business! We are well aware of the priorities and rules of the European Social Fund, we learn from good practices and we actively maintain cooperation networks at European level. We’re partners. We work with businesses; we understand their priorities and needs – Training Consulting. We analyze the Educational Needs based on the strategy of each business, designing tailor-made solutions. Each of our seminars is part of a different puzzle. We organize training programs specifically for businesses – Corporate Training as well as for entire sectors of economic activity, taking advantage funding opportunities. With the LAEK programs for the training of employees in the private sector, we develop partnerships and offer every year quality training to companies that employ 1 to 49 employees. For larger companies, we create a portfolio of their social contributions in order to finance their educational needs. We monitor legislative developments and provide directly the training services required for the practice of the profession of self-employed and employees (Safety Technicians, Food Operators – EFET, IKTEO Auditors). We design, prepare and manage on-the-job training programs. We train trainers and support businesses in integrating new employees into their activities. We work with recognized Certification bodies, offering the possibility of Certification of knowledge and professional qualifications to anyone interested. We believe in the value of learning, which is why we are developing a Network of Social Learning Hubs to create employment opportunities and enhance social cooperation and innovation.
