Professional Counseling – Career Development refers to specific goals for the assessment, utilization and strengthening of professional skills of the people who trust us. We organize counselling workshops in small groups and utilize individual sessions where needed. With Work Life Balance Counselling, we achieve work-life balance, aiming at maximum job satisfaction and performance. We fully understand the challenges our fellow citizens, members of Vulnerable Social Groups face, and provide integrated empowerment and support services. Our work in the Intercultural Mediation has been acknowledged as European Good Practice.
