We also have our own significant contribution in the social economy development in Greece. We provide consulting services and support programs for Social Enterprises. We are willing to contribute our experience to any new collective venture. We are aware of corporation needs. We speak their language, which is why we provide integrated promotion services in Employment. We are developing alliances to create new jobs – Job Placement Partnerships. We believe in Local Employment Initiatives, because we have seen our projects “translate” into new businesses and jobs. We use sustainable partnership development methods and effective tools for planning and implementing integrated Local Development actions. We design and implement transnational actions to strengthen the dynamics of our projects and their recipients; we transfer and exploit good practices from all over Europe. We apply the Project Cycle Management methodology for the management of our projects and the advisory support of our clients. We plan and support the implementation of projects with the implementation of Management Capacity Systems required by the NSRF.
